March Event – Additive Manufacturing as a Service Challenge Working Groups / Project TAMPA
The first Additive Manufacturing as a Service Challenge, also known as project TAMPA, Face-to-Face Working Group Event of the year which will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at Thales Crawley.
The event is currently fully subscribed and we are running a reserve list; therefore, should you not be able to attend anymore, please inform Demi Bowler as soon as possible. If you are still able to attend, then please note at least one form of Photo ID will be required in order to gain entrance to the event location.
The event’s aim, objectives and agenda are currently as follows, but are subject to change:
Aim: To deepen understanding and gather inputs into the Defence Advanced Manufacturing Programme.
Objectives:
- Outline the priorities for 2026.
- Introduce the academic outreach focus for 2026; with an overview from the new Project TAMPA academic lead.
- Gather final inputs into the Defence Advanced Manufacturing Programme plan ahead of programme start.
