Workshop Two – People: Building a highly skilled Digital FunctionThe Digital Strategy for Defence (2021) requires MOD to transform its workforce and develop and embed digital skills across defence.  The workshop will engage conference delegates in discussing how to this can be achieved, encouraging delegates to share industry practice. Workshop Three – Decisions on the Edge: thinking differently about getting the most from data in Defence…What happens when Information Age fighting units lose comms? This workshop explores the data skills required to prosecute an operation when networks are stressed – or perhaps just not available. Mixing meteorological metaphors too far: how might the front-line best prepare itself for the fog of war without access to ‘the Cloud’?
