Executive Team Meeting

The Executive Team is responsible for managing activity progress and for ensuring opportunities are captured and sufficiently developed prior to being passed to the Strategy Group for approval. They are also responsible for supporting project resourcing (identifying MOD and Industry project leads), approving Opportunity Capture Forms (OPF) and monitoring project progress.

The Exec Meetings are hybrid and held monthly in person at TD-info office.
