The​ Fuels​ Transformation​ Programme​ (FTP)​ grew​ out​ of​ the​ Fuels​Enterprise​ Strategy​ (FES)​ on​ our ​transfer​ to​ UK​ StratCom.​ We​ were​charged​ with​ transforming​ the​ UK​ Defence​ Fuels​ Enterprise​ into​ a​robust​ and,​as​ far​ as​ we​ can,​future​ proofed​ enterprise​ providing​ a​ Safe,​ Efficient,​ Affordable​ and​ Sustainable,​ fuels​ management​ across​ Defence,​ providing​ better​ support​ to​ the​ war​fighter​ while​simultaneously​ improving​ value​ for​ money​ for​ the​ UK​ tax​payers.​ The​benefits ​identified​ are​ in​ the​ region​ of​ £200m+​ over​ ten​ years​ with​multiple​ opportunities​ for​ industry​ partners​ to​ leverage​ opportunities.
