The TD-Info 2020 Innovation Challenge - MOD Digital Defence Innovation team - is Data collection & provenance in the context of AI & ML in Defence. Email entries (max 300 words) to email@example.com by 6 March 2020.
(NB: 'Digital Defence' is the name that replaces the MOD Information Systems & Services (ISS)).
A shortlist of up to six companies - this challenge is for SMEs & Start-Ups - will each have the opportunity to present at the Defence Information event held on 1-2 April 2020, participating in the Innovation Zone.
This is a unique opportunity for Start-ups and Small-to Medium enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their technologies to the MOD and senior figures from the defence Industry. The 2020 Innovation Award will be presented at DI20 for the most promising Challenge solution

The TD-Info 2020 Innovation Challenge is about how to provide data collection & provenance in an austere environment to support the future ambitions of the Defence Support Network regarding Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning
- How can this be done on legacy and future equipment?
- How can this be done on current LogIS? What changes would be required?
NB: Digital Defence (formerly MOD ISS) has previously used an Internet of Things Innovation Challenge where the primary problem to solve was one of ‘How do we trust the data, but not the device?’
