SUMMARY:The NAD Group Digital Engineering Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Digital Engineering Conference Information & Booking Page \n\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE IN PERSON TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT – VIRTUAL TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE\nTicket Holders – click https://tdinfoshare.kahootz.com/DE26 to join the DE26 Conference Website to watch the live event and access all conference information.  \nThe NAD Group Digital Engineering Conference 2026\nDelivering a digitally enabled future for Defence\nFollowing the direction of the Strategic Defence Review (SDR)\, the UK Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS) reinforced that we are in a new era of threat\, which demands a new era for UK defence. An era in which we will deter the threats by sustaining warfighting readiness and strengthening security in the Euro-Atlantic. The DIS has committed to REFORM procurement\, INNOVATE at wartime pace\, and GROW the industrial base. As a key part of this reform\, MOD is committed to ‘deliver digitally enabled acquisition’. \nThe Digital Engineering ‘26 conference\, 10-11 March 2026 in Bristol\, will provide a unique platform for Defence Leaders to share the vision for digitally enabled acquisition and the key elements that require reform for new requirements to be ‘Born Digital’ and digitally enabled through life. Digital Engineering is at the core of this reform and the conference will focus expert panels from across government\, MOD\, Industry and academia to address the challenges. Join us at DE’26 to work together sharing knowledge\, skills and experience to improve the Digital Engineering contribution to the new era of UK Defence. \nHowever… This isn’t a conference you sit through… It’s one you experience… Complex challenges don’t need longer talks!  \nThey need sharper thinking\, fresh perspectives\, and real energy in the room. \nThat’s why this year we’ve reimagined the format—replacing traditional lectures with dynamic\, high-impact sessions designed to challenge your thinking\, keep you engaged\, inspired\, and part of the conversation. \nThe Big Idea Talk\nFifteen minutes. One powerful idea. Fast-paced\, focused\, and unforgettable—designed to spark debate\, and give you something you’ll be thinking about long after you leave the room. \nThe Deep Dive Conversation\nA live\, unscripted exchange with leading voices—where ideas are tested\, challenged\, and taken further. Think podcast-style energy\, real-time exchange\, and ideas you can use—fuelled by expert voices and audience interaction. Expect less sitting back…More lean-in moments… \nAnd conversations that stay with you long after the conference ends! \n \n\n\n\n\nSee below for details of the conference themes\, speakers invited and attending and please note the programme is still growing\, this is just a taster – TBC and STC. \nThe programme so far\, watch out for updates!  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nDelegates Register here\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nDelegate Terms & Conditions\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nSponsor/Exhibit here\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nDownload Exhibitor Terms & Conditions\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nView DE26 Agenda Here stc\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\nTicket Prices do not include VAT \n\n\n\n\n\nMembers: £600 Both days\, £325 Single day & £100 Virtual\nNon Members: £900 Both days\, £500 Single day & £200 Virtual\nMOD: Free of charge\n\nRemember to book Network Extra (as a sub event). SUMMARY:Digital Engineering Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We have received the tasker from the DIJC — it’s time for Defence to get digital! \nWe’re seeking perspectives from across government and industry to guide the next phase of Defence digital transformation. Your insights matter — share them today. \nAhead of DE26 we will be holding the Digital Engineering workshop on 27th November 2025 0930 – 1400. \nIn person only at: \nThornbury Active Conference Centre \nSevernside Suite \nAlveston Hill \nThornbury \nBS35 3JB \nAs a Defence community we are keen to rapidly get after the problems that are stopping us realising more of benefits offered by Digital Engineering\, benefits that would impact us all. We need to do this together. The potential activities that are required to digitally transform our acquisition lifecycle are many\, and that breadth\, without collective focus\, could slow us down.\nThis is your chance to supply your perspective and insight on what good looks like and how this can be achieved. We will use this workshop to further refine collective thinking on the lead up to the conference in March. The conference is then an opportunity to share\, mature and gain consensus on our collective understanding and next steps. \nPlease complete the DE26 questionnaire\, have a think against the following focus areas below and share your thoughts. \nThis questionnaire is in 5 parts\, none of the questions are mandatory\, all contribution is welcome. \nThe parts are: \n\n Born Digital & Operational Excellence.\nData Exchange\nContracting and Data Transparency\nKnowledge\, Skills\, Experience and Collaboration\nSummary and Getting Involved\n\nRead the short context given in each part and offer us your thoughts. \nDeadline for submission – 4th November \n“PLEASE KEEP RESPONSES AT ‘OFFICIAL’ CLASSIFICATION OR BELOW (i.e. do not include any sensitive information)” \nPlease keep your responses brief – we will explore more in depth at the workshop on 27th November \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nRegister here\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nDE26 Questionnaire

Recent speculation in the media suggest that there may be a new strategic defence review on the horizon; now is the time for MOD and Industry to join forces in a New Alliance. \nThe Theme and Programme for Defence Information ’24 has been inspired by the Defence Command Paper issued by the MOD as Defence’s response to a more contested and volatile world. Published in July 2023 the paper looks to secure and maintain our Strategic Advantage including through Our People\, Transformation through Science and Technology and the Relationship with Industry. \nThe Secretary of State concludes that our Strategic Advantage “is derived from our investment in cutting edge future technologies\, including digital and data\, and emerging scientific and technological advances. It is derived from our relationship with industry\, which we must continue to strengthen into a new alliance\, as a genuine partnership to sustain our defence.” \nThis year’s theme\, ‘Strengthening the New Alliance\,’ will be explored through formal presentations\, engaging panel sessions\, and valuable networking opportunities.
