A team from MOD and Industry are busy planning a stimulating draft programme on the theme for “Innovation and Support – Balancing the Risk” for the annual one-day joint Support Chain Seminar on 19 October.
Speakers include MOD leaders: Tony Chisnall, Director General Programmes, Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S); Roger West, Director Logistics Delivery, DE&S; Steve Glass, MOD Director Support Enablers Operating Centre and co-Chair of DISCO Strategy Board; Heather Goldstraw, D Safety & Environment, Quality & Technology (S&EQT) | DE&S Innovation Strategy and Neville Parton, Head of Integrated Logistics, DE&S | Role of Functional Manager for ILS. Industry speakers come from DACOS-Babcock, BAE Systems Lockheed Martin (UK) General Dynamics|AJAX, the University of Warwick and Leadership Champions (UK).
Exhibitors to date include: ADS, ATKINS, BMT Asset Performance, Flo Group, Kahootz, LSA, TFD Group and Thales.
