Tell MOD ISS what you think of them: Industry 'Voice of the Customer' online survey deadline 12 Nov

As part of its renewed focus on customers, and in recognition of Industry as a significant customer, the Customer Services section of MOD Information Systems & Services (ISS) invites Industry customers to participate in an Industry-focused online survey. The link for this is in a document in the members' area that answers Industry questions about the survey, titled: About MOD ISS Industry Customer Survey.
The ISS customer satisfaction survey for Industry customers is designed to determine, among other things:
- how well ISS communicates with you as customers, and
- how well ISS services the needs of its Industry customers
This customer satisfaction survey has been tailored to Industry customers and is sponsored by ISS Head of Customer Services and Chief Customer Officer, Brigadier Charlie Maconochie. It should take about 10-15 minutes.
TD-Info will notify TD-Info members nearer the date of launch with the link for the online survey. Access to the survey is approximately mid-October to mid-November.
ISS recognises that the variety of roles and responsibilities of staff in Industry mean that an individual may be ordering only specific ISS services, while colleagues manage orders for different services. Hence, Industry contacts will be invited to share the invitation to participate with colleagues, so that ISS gains the best possible insight into customer satisfaction across a range of service provision.
TD-Info are preparing a set of FAQs that help address the context, what will happen to the responses, the benefits to you and your organisation of participation etc.

Feedback on the Customer Survey will be shared within MOD ISS and other departments as well as with Industry. More details about Industry feedback in future.
