Customer at the Heart Journey Map for Industry Users of SPOC services  Expand

This Customer Journey Map for Industry users of the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) - aka 'Help Desk' service - was developed through interviewing Industry and other non-MOD (i.e. 'Indirect') customers of MOD ISS. The MOD Continual Service Improvement (CSI) staff helped organise a workshop held on 13 April 2018 that included stakeholders from: the SPOC, Indirect customers of ISS, ISS Customer Services, CSI and Supplier Performance. This diagram will be developed further based on the inputs at this workshop
