Good Practice Study Group (GPSG) 2019 Briefing for HR & Managers of Graduates & Apprentices
Tuesday 19th February 2019
Location : Team Defence Information Head Office
Time : 10:30 to 12:30
The mission of the Good Practice Study Group (GPSG) is to examine instances of best practice from other operators, sectors and parallel industries; and to understand their potential application for Team Defence. It is an excellent opportunity for graduate and apprentice development, digital innovation training exposure to our MOD customer and to applying cross-sector learning.
Guided by MOD, we connect GPSG participants with colleagues who need solutions to business problems; we help facilitate their research into examples of solutions being developed in non-defence areas in order to gain transferable knowledge and experience.
Participants in the GPSG have the help of their individually assigned mentor, our online collaborative working portal and a series of stimulating industry visits, training workshops and activity days.
On the 19th of February Team Defence Information are hosting at TD-Info's offices a briefing morning and Q&A for all HR professionals and those involved in the management of graduate and apprenticeship schemes. Led by the GPSG joint chairs from TD-Info and Rolls Royce, it will provide a great opportunity to understand how your organisation can benefit from having selected staff - in particular graduates and apprentices - join this established and well-regarded scheme.
The session will be followed by a light lunch and an opportunity to meet and discuss the programme with the 2018 participants.
